OMG this is awesome! I didn't expect this! Casey deserves it, he has been working hard! Do theyhave some good footage or something afterwards? I guess it will be really interesting to see what he actually performs. This is really good news!  |

Awesome!!!! This is huge indeed! because Casey is there because he deserves it after all the hard work the last 2 years . I didn't want him to perform there last year because I thought I wantd him to earn it and not look like someone like Gokey who performs there like every month just to get something with that .  Yep, I think it is good that Casey is doing it now. He now legitimately deserves his chance to perform there with top 40 single on the radio, instead of just performing there because he happened to be on AI. His management did things right, I feel. |

I am so happy that Casey is playing at the Opry! He definitely is so deserving of this now because of all of his hard work! Sure wish I could go to this!

Lucky girls to be able to go. I hope Casey will be shown on the opry live show the tuesday after. Hopefully video will surface but at least we can listen live.

It would be cool if Casey could play LDCIAN and Drive. But apparently it is more customary to do an country cover of some idol.

I believe it'll be 2 songs as noted , likely his current on the radio and something to appreciate the history of the place as he's debuting there for the first time , maybe an old time song from Merle or George Jones or something .
