Lol perhaps not a banjo but it didn't sound like a normal acoustic guitar.
Boy I was shaking and I know nothing of the Opry! What a great moment and everyone was cheering!

I think Casey got a bit overwhelmed! But he still sounded much, much better then anyone else tonight. lol
I think on LDCIAN they made the notes short in a country manner, but LDCIAN has a bluesy sound and the notes need to be longer as Casey's emotion comes out when he sings the notes longer, so it didn't work that well in a more country manner. Boy Casey doesn't have a country voice, that is certain.
Drive worked better.

It was kind of cool to hear the songs done in a different way. I think it depends on the song and caseys voice. Undone he has a heavy twangy country voice.

Undone isn't twangy for me, Why I am feeling blue and Show me a bridge those are twangy for me. Craig Morgan fitted in easy, but Casey with his grit does not have a real country type of voice. |
