That wont have any effect on whether radio is done with her or not. The song is just not a song radio or people want to hear a bullion times like the top 10 gets spun. Yeah I guess she is performing on the show because her album is coming out or something. But the song is actually selling well.

Goodbye COAS it was fun while following your chart run . NEXT!!! please Yes, yes, yes! I am so ready for a new single I almost wish COAS didn't have to remain on the chart for another 2 weeks. Although I still actually like the song. I am just done tracking it.

You guys are funny. Like I was with LDCIAN. He is only -7 so he may not bedone yet. If they dont with a new era single I really hope it is drive since it is so opposite of the first two.

You guys are funny. Like I was with LDCIAN. He is only -7 so he may not bedone yet. If they dont with a new era single I really hope it is drive since it is so opposite of the first two. Ha ha yes I remember at the time I worried about letting LDCIAN go because it was Casey's first single you never really know if your next will do well or not, and because LDCIAN fell off out of the cusps of the top 20. It is a situation of so close and yet so far. With COAS the chances of Casey reaching the top 10 are pretty slim right now and COAS luckily does have a top 15 peak. So I am more willing to let it go. On top of that I really, really want to see Drive as a single. With COAS doing most of its charting in winter it worked out pretty well, but I still wonder how things could have gone if Drive was released as the second single. Both of Casey's first singles was more radio fare, radio fluff. Which is alright as I said COAS is really one of my favorites. It is a good song, but Drive is a much better quality song, and more importantly it is truly a Casey song. It is more a signature song something unique to Casey, it shows what Casey is really about. The other two singles didn't really do that. Of course with this being the 3rd single from the album it will perhaps be difficult to extract the true potential of the song. I am more then ready for the possibility that the song might not do that well. But I do think Casey does need to release it. On the otherhand LDCIAN was a pretty forgettable song from what I ve seen it seem like many people have already forgotten that Casey actually ever really released the song. I ve seen countless times where COAS are referred to as Casey's debut single. This happen with Kip Moore, practically no one remembers that his first single was really "Mary Was the Marrying Kind", everyone just remember "Something about a truck". I am hoping for something similar with Casey, I mean LDCIAN was already released quite a while ago. Of course I would be quite pissed off if they dont release Drive. But I think it is still a little bit to early for a new single from the 2nd album. But what can I do, the label are ones who will decide in the end. We'll see.

Whats so dumb about that post is the song isn hard to sing as in range it is hard to sing because of breath control. So strained vocals just isnt happening. quote author=boudica board=songs thread=172 post=34739 time=1360785598] Oh I did do it. [/quote]

The only problem you have is that you can run out of breath, but that doesn't happen on the studio recording.

Casey James, Crying on a Suitcase (10,000, -8%, 307,000) Yes! Finally COAS is over the 300k mark. I think it is a decent amount, and a good number to have reached before the release of the next single.

Looks like coas is officially done Yep, it now really done and Casey has been passed by Chris Young there is no way to recover now. But COAS did well for Casey, I am not sad to see it leaving.

Its AI ended up being almost double of LDCIAN. Hopefully it wont be long and we will know the next single. The longer we dont know the chances of it being off the new album are greater.
