Since we only have single right now , we're going only to deal with SoundScan numbers . and we have Billboard Country Digital Songs , which ranks singles based on their weekly sales .

I don't have every week in front of me, but my recollection is first week sales for the album were approx. 14K. There was a 56% drop to about 6K second week, then about 4.4K third week. Last week it was a hair under 3K.
He is 123 on the Top 200 albums chart. He is 24 on the Country Chart.

Not suprising. It will keep going down until he gets a second single out to radio and it climbs the charts. This is why if he was on a big tour it would help keep them up. But for some reason there is no opportinity or he doesnt want to do it.

1652. 39 on the Country chart, off the other charts. How long until the second single comes out?

We dont know. No offcial announcement yet and its not up on all access. This is expected because Caseys song wasnt big enough to keep getting airplay as a recurrrent. I am concerned though they may wait to long.

When Sony went ahead and released his cd without a top 10 hit this was going to happen when ldcian peaked and didnt go any farther. LDCIAN hanging on for awhile after his cd was released has actually hurt him in the short term. The best thing would of been to get his cd out and of had his second single come out a few weeks before the cd. I wont be concerned with these numbers until COSA startd getting some airplay and see if it can bring his cd back. CMA fest should help some.
