Here is Bradley Gaskins Mr Bartender Thanks! I actually liked the video, but I will say this, it is like x100 more interesting to look at Casey. *Shallow* I dont think it is a bad song, I would just have made it less country sounding. But it does drag a bit. Perhaps this is one of those song that would have worked better in the winter then in the summer.

^^ My take exactly! the song stalled! because it's so slow! this is why it's boring in this hot summer ETA: They released just because of the good feedback , but that's not enough! they should have waited untill at least Auguest!

the logjam is so annoying in the country chart! songs still arn't moving , another week & there are no recurrent songs ! Jason Aldean & especially Blake Shelton are having the peak of their careers . Blake's new album which was released yesterday is #1 album on i-Tunes for the second day!

I think they really released Mr Bartender just to get his name out there while he is working on his album. There really hasnt been any promotion for it.
Glad to see Justin Moore at number one. I really love that song.

The whole logjam is interesting. It seems like whole chart could be stuck for months.

I dont know what thir plan is for Mr Gaskin thats just my specualtion because he basically got signed and a single was put out.
Your going to find the that country charts are like that. Songs seem like they arent moving then bam they move up. Thats why they stay on the charts for half a year.As long as you see that black circle that means it is increasing in spins and that is what is most important.

Don't worry about the chart! next month everything will be back normal when 5 or 6 songs from the top goes recurrent! but it'll be still a little tough 'till the Fall when radio shifts ! ETA: & what bigmj said!

Country songs staying on the charts so long probably is one of the main reason that country albums have legs as far as sales. They keep going and going.

Week Ending 7/10
Beyonce's '4' Stays Atop Billboard 200, Lloyd Snags Top by Keith Caulfield, L.A. | July 13, 2011
It's an exceptionally quiet week on both the Billboard 200 albums and Digital Songs charts. On the former, Beyonce's "4" continues to reign at No. 1 for a second week, selling 115,000 (down 63%), while LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem" (featuring Lauren Bennett and GoonRock) holds atop the Digital Songs list with 236,000 (down 9%).
The highest debut on the albums chart is R&B singer Lloyd at No. 10 with "King of Hearts," as it moves 26,000 in its opening week. It's his third top 10 set and it follows 2008's "Lessons in Love," which debuted and peaked at No. 7 off a 51,000 launch. Lloyd's new album is the lone debut within the top 40 of the Billboard 200. (Clearly, the week after the Independence Day holiday wasn't a favored one for releasing big new albums.)
On the Digital Songs chart, there isn't a single debut within the top 40, though one single makes a big move into the top 10, as OneRepublic's "Good Life" vaults 12-6 with 137,000 (up 23%). It's the song's fourth straight weekly sales gain. The tune is also rising up the Pop Songs list, climbing 13-11 this week.
Elsewhere on Digital Songs, Nos. 2-5 are stationary, as Katy Perry's "Last Friday Night" (191,000; down 7%), Pitbull's "Give Me Everything" (159,000; down 17%), Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass" (158,000; down 7%) and Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" (137,000; down 10%) fill those spots, respectively. Hot Chelle Rae's "Tonight Tonight" climbs 9-7 (129,000; up 1%), Lil Wayne's "How to Love" holds at No. 8 (just under 129,000; up less than 1%) and Jason Aldean's "Dirt Road Anthem" rises one to No. 9 (126,000; down 1%).
Lady Gaga's "The Edge of Glory" returns to the top 10, climbing one rung to No. 10 with 103,000 (down 15%). She also stages a return to the top 10 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, as "Born This Way" ascends 12-8 with 30,000 (down 21%).
As for the rest of the top 10 albums, Adele's "21" stays put at No. 2 (79,000; down 13%) and Selena Gomez & the Scene's "When the Sun Goes Down" rises 4-3 with 44,000 (down 43%). In a weird chart quirk, Gomez's decline in sales (but rise up the chart), gives the actress/singer her highest charting album yet.
Aldean's "My Kinda Party" jumps 6-4 (42,000; down 12%), Bad Meets Evil's "Hell: the Sequel" goes 9-5 (35,000; down 16%) and Jackie Evancho's "Dream With Me" moves up two to No. 6 (34,000; down 23%). Jill Scott's "The Light of the Sun" slips 5-7 (32,000; down 41%) and Big Sean's "Finally Famous" falls 3-9 (27,000; down 69%).
Overall album sales in this past chart week (ending July 10) totaled 5.34 million units, down 16% compared to the sum last week (6.34 million) and up 2% compared to the comparable sales week of 2010 (5.24 million). Year to date album sales stand at 160.81 million, up 1% compared to the same total at this point last year (159.20 million). It is the seventh week in a row where year-to-date album volume is greater than the same time in the prior year.
Digital track sales this past week totaled 23.25 million downloads, down 9% compared to last week (25.45 million) and up 10% stacked next to the comparable week of 2010 (21.09 million). Year to date track sales are at 684.05 million, up 11% compared to the same total at this point last year (618.53 million). Next week's Billboard 200 competes with the same week in 2010 when Eminem's "Recovery" held at No. 1 for a fourth week, selling 195,000 (down 15%). Korn's "Korn III" was the top debut, arriving at No. 2 with 63,000. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

^^ LOL! it seems like the song now is on Caseys regular set list he performed it several times & got great reaction! it's one of fav. it's definitely a single material catchy + fun , don't know if it's the third song of the 3 chosen ones or not! but I can see it as a single , maybe not the debut who knows . I'll post more numbers & stories once I get them! also we have the first Casey chart thread today at the Charts board .

Wow that is good, country albs appear to do real good on US charts.
I had a random thought earlier on about Casey's possible success in country market. I reckon there are just too many male country artists. It'll be so nerve-wracking for us to watch how Casey breaks through the country chart. I know I will be. I was never concerned with sales really. Mainly I'm anti-sellouts, so anti-pop. But becos I'm old-time Casey fan, can't help but to wait & watch closely as his career unfolds.
I'm ready to throw away my cynical habits and just enjoy the ride!

The country market as far as males has been like that since I can remember. Rarely do you see a female country solo act break through. Woman seem to have a harder time develloping a sound and niche for themselves to stand out.
Yes enjoy the ride. Casey is doing what he does naturally and thank god for that. Being the huge country fan I think since I love it so much he will fit right in and has gained cred with all the hitmakers he is writing with.
